Being that I love hospitality and tourism, I would like to become a thought-provoking leader in the industry. Short term, gain my HMCC (Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate), become a CMP, and get promoted into a leadership-level position within the CVB/DMO world. My favorite part of my job is being on site at our Annual Meeting.
